First of all, I'm glad we decided to go with Jones and Associates. They were friendly and straight to point with their estimate. We had six windows replaced and removed in one day. The crew was awesome. They were very nice and polite. They did their best to keep the mess to a minimum. I would highly recommend this business as your choice for any house repairs. I will definitely recommend Jones & Associates to anyone who needs roof work done. Immediately impressed by the fact that they send you a picture of the representative who's coming to your house via text before they get there. The representative, Mark, assured me that I wouldn't be out any more money than what my insurance expected me to be out, while also letting me know that they would be providing a superior product by way of better shingles than other companies. He was upfront with me that there were delays with the shingle manufacturer so it would be a little while before my roof could be installed. A co-worker was having a roof worked on at the same time and the company they used left them waiting for months without any explanation about the shingle delay. Another company I had requested a quote from didn't call me back until the same time that Jones let me know that the shingles were in and scheduled my install, so they obviously were also waiting for the shingle manufacturer but didn't share that information with me and just left my waiting. So glad I'd gone ahead and moved forward with Jones. The installers got to my house early in the morning, before 8:00 a.m., and I got the call that they were done with my total roof replacement (including removing and decking over an old A/C unit) by 1:30pm. And they came back to my house that evening after I got off of work to make sure that my gas water heater didn't have any negative impacts from the repair. The office was great about me splitting the cost between two cards, and were very clear about when and what paperwork I could expect to receive. I have since received the paperwork via email and two different mailed copies of everything that was needed. I highly recommend this company to everyone.

It is always a pleasure doing busy with Jeff. Jones and associates replaced windows and sided our house. No more painting!! They replaced our roof and sided my shed. Could not be more pleased. His employees are nice, personably and take the time to answer your questions. Customer satisfaction is a main priority. Highly recommend Jones and Associate. Quality work and great people.
